Episode #800 marks a major milestone for the podcast.
For this episode, we made the decision to feature my speaking session from ConnectWise IT Nation in Orlando (November 2025). The session focused on how MSPs and SMBs can grow using media and podcasting—not as a gimmick, but as a long-term strategy for trust, authority, and differentiation.
The core message was simple:
- Media builds familiarity before sales conversations begin
- Podcasting creates human connection at scale
- Authority compounds when you consistently show up with clarity and intent
It was an incredible room, a highly engaged audience, and a reminder that the MSP community is ready to think differently about growth.
